Ingredients:
1 pound linguica sausage, sliced
1 small head of cabbage, chopped
1 onion, diced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 cups of chicken or vegetable broth
2 cups of water
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
Salt and pepper, to taste
Olive oil, for sautéing
Optional: small potatoes, carrots, or white beans for added thickness
