Twix cookies

Instructions

Prep & Preheat

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cream Butter & Sugars

In a large bowl, beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.

Add Wet Ingredients

Mix in the vanilla extract and eggs until fully combined.

Incorporate Dry Ingredients

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, mixing until a soft dough forms.

Assemble the Cookies

Take 1 tablespoon of dough, flatten it in your palm, and place a halved Twix bar in the center. Wrap the dough around the Twix, rolling it into a ball. Ensure the candy is fully enclosed.

Bake

Place dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.

Cool & Enjoy

Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely
